7) Ajanta Caves

Ajanta Caves, located in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra, are about 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments. The paintings and sculptures located in the Caves have been described as “the finest surviving examples of Indian Art, particularly paintings” by the Government of India. 3) Harmandir Sahib

The Harmandir Sahib informally referred to as “Golden Temple” is a prominent Sikh Gurdwara located in the city of Amritsar.
